For today's mani I wanted to use some colors that I have recently purchased to see how the formula was. The main color used is, Eternal Beauty, from the Color Club Halo Hues 2013 Collection. The accent color is, Ink-Ling, a brand that I have never used before and recently discovered it at Sally Beauty Supply. The brand is Nina Ultra Pro and it retails for $3.49...and thats the regular price. I did this mani slightly different than my normal alternating mani; I did alternate the colors on each nail, but I painted the other hand exactly the same.

Here's what I used:

Base coat: Yellow Buster by Develop 10
Base color: Eternal Beauty by Color Club (holographic lighter purple)
Accent color: Ink-Ling by Nina Ultra Pro (dark purple)
Top coat 1: Seche Vite - I apply this before stamping, if I mess up I can remove the design without removing the base color
Stamp colors: Eternal Beauty & Pop Green by Konad
Top coat 2: Julep's Freedom Polymer Top Coat cure under a 54 watt UV lamp for 5 minutes
IP: Dashica Beauty Shop XL SdP 19

I was pleasantly surprised by the formula of Ink-Ling!! It applied perfectly, like butter. No streaks nor patches considering its a creme formula and was completely opaque in 1 coat. So if you don't have the patience or time to apply 2 coats, no worries you can go with just the one. But for this mani I applied 2 coats since I applied 2 coats of the other color. I will be purchasing more from this brand.

Eternal Beauty, just as the previous color I used from the Halo Hues 2012 & 2013 collection, also applied perfectly. It dried quickly, but for maximum holo goodness 2 coats are needed. But you could get away with just 1 coat, because I love holo polish and want the full effect, I applied 2 coats.
